Malangavi Holdings appointed us to deliver a turnkey prefabricated healthcare infrastructure project across two locations in Polokwane and Louis Trichardt. Valued at approximately R6 million and completed in October 2025, the project demonstrates our ability to deliver high-quality healthcare facilities within demanding timeframes.

The project encompassed the complete design and construction process, beginning with floor plan development and extending through to the full assembly of the prefabricated structures. Our team carried out all electrical and plumbing installations, fitted durable vinyl flooring, installed aluminium doors and windows, and completed specialist laboratory fit-outs, including SA Lab countertops and under-bench cabinetry. External works were also undertaken to ensure the facilities were fully operational upon handover.

Delivered over a four-month period, this project highlights the speed, efficiency, and quality achievable through modern prefabricated construction methods while meeting the functional and technical requirements of the healthcare sector.
